I had a bit of a struggle getting the key to my room at this pretty empty hotel, but once inside, the room was nice and clean. The service, although not up to par in some situations, eventually came through for me. The location was lovely with nice staff, though the check-in system needs improvement. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the hotel offers great facilities to enjoy.
The hotel has big rooms with a very calm atmosphere, but there was an ant infestation issue that was not resolved despite reporting it. The rooms were also cold and dirty. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in a secured room by the pool.
